2020 Staff Listening Survey

In response to the challenges of the fall 2020 semester, Staff Association conducted a survey of campus to hear how our staff members were doing. We wanted to hear about the challenges they face, the support they need and their creative solutions for improvement.

We are pleased to have delivered our recommendations to Chancellor Reddy and campus leadership. Each of these recommendations was based in the thoughts and suggestions of our phenomenal staff. 

In addition to the memo delivered to campus leadership, we’ve also compiled a report on the survey findings. We hope this report is both valuable and informative.
