Our Meetings

Monthly Staff Council meetings are held on the first Wednesday of each month from 9:00 – 10:30 a.m both virtually and in person. The session is open to all, and all UCCS staff members are welcome to join.

Each session includes discussions on topics to benefit all staff members and updates from committee representatives. Some meetings feature speakers on key topics, from budget and finance to professional development opportunities.

The elected representatives of the Staff Council Executive Board meet periodically with The Chancellor and the Cabinet to discuss items of concern to all staff members. If you are interested in submitting topics or proposals for the Cabinet's consideration, please use the Staff Council submission form.

The University of Colorado Staff Council is a system-wide group made up of 15 elected representatives from all four of the University of Colorado campuses. UCSC representatives are appointed for three-year terms and work closely with the CU system and campus leadership to develop policies that support all staff.

UCSC meetings are held on the third Thursday of each month and are open to all staff. Meetings are typically held from 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. All interested parties are invited to attend these open meetings.
